HABITS
Habits are learned behaviors; we choose and change them. Habits are formed in several categories: Eating/Nutrition, Sleeping, Hygiene, Language/Linguistics, Buying/Shopping, Learning/Study, Exercise/Fitness, Thinking, Driving, Work, Mating, Spiritual, Coping/Handling/Dealing with Stress, etc. and can be healthy or unhealthy, positive or negative, good or bad. Habits become more difficult to change the older we become, and the longer the habit is reinforced.
