8:30-9 a.m. Breakfast-Oatmeal and Toast with Raspberries/Blackberries/Half Banana plus Orange Juice and motrin/Prepare Clothes for workout

1:30-2 p.m. Lunch: Dannon Raspberry Yogurt with Blackberries/Raspberries with 2 oz. peanuts and a small Hershey's almond bar 

2-3 p.m. More interneting

3-4 p.m. 2.7 to 4 miles Walk at Hudson Mills

4:15-5:30 More interneting

5:30-6 p.m. Dinner (Steak/Chicken/Scallops/Shrimp/Burgers/Spaghetti/etc. with vegetables and cottage cheese)  and Bath/NBC World News Tonight, Local News (4-WDIV)

7-8:30 p.m. British Mini-Series/TV Series/Documentaries/etc. (current and past favorites include Downton Abbey, Foyle's War, Goliath, Fargo, The Crown, Yellowstone, Poldark, House of Cards, Ken Burns History Documentaries, Midsommer Murders, Catherine Corson, Game of Thrones, Inspector Morse, Luther, Morden Sandhamn, Perry Mason, Andy Griffith Show, Columbo, etc.) + Ice Cream snack (Annual Academy Award Movie Watch-January-February-15-20 movies)
